• Minimum age for check-in: 18 years
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• No pets
• No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, events, etc.
• Smoking is not allowed
• Utilities (electricity, heating, water) are included
• Free parking spaces directly in front of the house included
• Wi-Fi included, no misuse of any kind allowed
• Only household waste will be disposed of
• Waste must be separated into residual waste, yellow bag, paper/cardboard and disposed of at the disposal station (near the parking lot)
• Glass bottles must be placed in the containers at the disposal station
• Plastic bottles (deposit or not) must either be disposed of personally or placed in the yellow bag
• Apartments must be left broom clean
• Windows must be closed upon departure
• The awning may only be used under supervision
• The refrigerator must be emptied upon departure
• E-bike batteries may not be charged in the apartment; there are designated bike parking spaces with sockets
• Maximum number of guests allowed per apartment:
• Apartment 1 Steel Grey: 2 persons
• Apartment 2 Viscont White: 3 persons
• Apartment 3 Ivory Fantasy: 5 persons

Check-In: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation up to 42 days before rental start: free of charge
• Cancellation 42 days - 30 days before rental start: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation 30 days - rental start or early departure: 90% of the rental price
• We recommend travel insurance.
